These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download and use of the Anta Yuga mobile application ("Anta Yuga", "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal licence to install and use Anta Yuga on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
Anta Yuga does not offer in-app purchases. All Bazaar points are earned through gameplay (enemy kills and wave clears) and are spent inside the game on items, buffs, and perks.
Bazaar points have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the in-game economy, including point earn rates and item costs.

The app, its source code, graphics, sounds and original text are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. References to characters, deities, weapons and concepts from Indian itihāsa (the Ramayana, Mahabharata, Puranas and related texts) are drawn from public-domain source material and are used with respect for the cultural and religious traditions from which they originate.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app is limited to USD 10.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. On termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
