This EULA supplements, and where permitted supersedes, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA). By installing or using Kalsmritikosh ("the App") you agree to these terms.
Eco Sanskriti Innovation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per the Mac App Store terms and your Mac App Store license (one-time purchase).
The App processes your content locally. You are responsible for the files you ingest and for having the right to process them.
The App reconstructs history and answers questions from your documents using bounded on-device AI. Outputs may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The App distinguishes direct evidence from assertion and inference and shows citations, but:
The App's on-device AI uses Apple's system on-device language model (where the OS provides it) for writing answers, and MIT-licensed BGE embedding and reranker models (© BAAI) for on-device search. Their licences and third-party notices ship with the App. If a future version offers an optional downloadable model, that model's own licence and acceptable-use terms will also apply to your use of it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECO SANSKRITI INNOVATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP'S OUTPUT.
The licence ends if you breach these terms; on termination, stop using and delete the App.
